Our cuisine includes carefully prepared aged beef steaks, fresh seafood, selected cheeses and cured meats, and exceptional Italian pizza. We create all dishes with attention to the quality of the ingredients and the richness of the flavors to make every table meeting special.

Our steaks are aged in a unique way that gives them nobility and intense flavor. If you like sophisticated flavors, try the entrecote, T-bone or Tomahawk steaks. Thanks to dry-aging, our meats are extremely tender and full of deep flavor.

Our Italian pizza and focaccia is a combination of tradition and quality ingredients. We knead the dough by hand to achieve the perfect lightness and crispness. We prepare our pizzas with real Italian toppings - fresh tomatoes, olive oil, aromatic herbs and the finest cheeses. Focaccia, on the other hand, is the perfect appetizer or snack, delicately seasoned with olive oil and fresh herbs. Flavors that will transport you straight to Italy!

Dominik Odroniec comes from Poznań, a city where respect for the product, resourcefulness, and culinary tradition have been part of everyday life for generations. It was there that his passion for cooking was born a passion that eventually became his life’s path.

He discovered true challenge and culinary humility some 80 kilometers from the Arctic Circle, while leading the kitchen of a restaurant in northern Sweden. In these harsh, arctic conditions, cooking for guests from all over the world, he learned not only flawless technique and a refined sense of taste, but also patience, a profound respect for nature, and the artistry of cuisine.

For him, cooking is more than preparing food. Each dish is a story of place, time, and the people who come together around it. When creating a menu, he reaches for authentic flavors and seasonal products, believing that the best cuisine is born from the harmony of tradition and creativity.
