HARMONY OF UNIQUE FLAVOURS

Our cuisine includes carefully prepared aged beef steaks, fresh seafood, selected cheeses and cured meats, and exceptional Italian pizza. We create all dishes with attention to the quality of the ingredients and the richness of the flavors to make every table meeting special.

Dry seasoned beef

Our steaks are aged in a unique way that gives them nobility and intense flavor. If you like sophisticated flavors, try the entrecote, T-bone or Tomahawk steaks. Thanks to dry-aging, our meats are extremely tender and full of deep flavor.

Pizza

Our Italian pizza and focaccia is a combination of tradition and quality ingredients. We knead the dough by hand to achieve the perfect lightness and crispness. We prepare our pizzas with real Italian toppings - fresh tomatoes, olive oil, aromatic herbs and the finest cheeses. Focaccia, on the other hand, is the perfect appetizer or snack, delicately seasoned with olive oil and fresh herbs. Flavors that will transport you straight to Italy!

The Chef

MASTER OF GOOD TASTE – WIKTOR WITAN

Cooking is Wiktor's great passion, around which his entire life is centered. He graduated in International Hospitality Management & Culinary Art at the University of Derby in the UK, and then over the years gained experience in many restaurants in countries such as Denmark, Spain and England, whose level is confirmed by the “stars” of the prestigious Michelin Guide and the opinions of food critics. He boldly reaches for unique combinations of flavors following the principle that every day in the kitchen is a learning experience that requires openness and creative thinking. Wiktor values and nurtures relationships in the team in which he works believing that harmonious cooperation in the kitchen results in a spectacular effect on the plate.
